If your travel plan has changed, and you need to cancel / alter your bookings, we’re here to help.

Re-scheduling Policy

  1. Re-scheduling is allowed 30 days prior of check-in date.
  2. Re-scheduling request can be made via phone AND email both.
  3. Re-scheduling requests shall be entertained, subject to availability of rooms on requested date.
  4. Rooms may/may not be provided in same category as booked, subject to availability.
  5. In case of non-availability or non-acceptance, 50% of amount paid can be refunded.

Refund Policy (Peak Season)

(Stay from 15th April – 15th July, 20th Sept – 15th Nov and Long weekends)

  1. 45 days before check-in date : Full Refund
  2. 30 days before check-in date : 50% Refund
  3. Within 30 days of Check-in date : No refund

Refund Policy (Lean Season)

(Stay from 15th March – 14th April, 16th July – 19th Sept, except Long weekends)

  1. 30 days before check-in date : Full Refund
  2. 15 days before check-in date : 50% Refund
  3. Within 15 days of Check-in date : No refund

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
