If your travel plan has changed, and you need to cancel / alter your bookings, we’re here to help.
Re-scheduling Policy
- Re-scheduling is allowed 30 days prior of check-in date.
- Re-scheduling request can be made via phone AND email both.
- Re-scheduling requests shall be entertained, subject to availability of rooms on requested date.
- Rooms may/may not be provided in same category as booked, subject to availability.
- In case of non-availability or non-acceptance, 50% of amount paid can be refunded.
Refund Policy (Peak Season)
(Stay from 15th April – 15th July, 20th Sept – 15th Nov and Long weekends)
- 45 days before check-in date : Full Refund
- 30 days before check-in date : 50% Refund
- Within 30 days of Check-in date : No refund
Refund Policy (Lean Season)
(Stay from 15th March – 14th April, 16th July – 19th Sept, except Long weekends)
- 30 days before check-in date : Full Refund
- 15 days before check-in date : 50% Refund
- Within 15 days of Check-in date : No refund
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
